Jessica’s extensive experience encompasses evaluating over 7,500 bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7, 13, and 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Her deep knowledge of bankruptcy law allows her to analyze intricate financial situations, prepare litigation materials, and represent clients in contested bankruptcy matters.

• Senior Attorney, Washington Law Group, PLLC (2019–Present):
  Jessica interviews clients to assess bankruptcy eligibility and prepares detailed petitions, Chapter 13 plans, and other legal documents. She advises clients on the potential impact of bankruptcy on their credit, housing, and employment. Her role also includes conducting legal research and representing clients in bankruptcy litigation.
• Attorney & Shareholder, McKinney & Olive, LLC (2003–2019):
  As a firm owner and shareholder, Jessica managed a client-focused practice, representing over 1,000 clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. She also assisted clients with many different kinds of debt-related matters, as well as mortgage modifications. Her work includes appearing in contested matters and providing counsel on complex bankruptcy issues.
