We offer extremely competitive fees and experienced bankruptcy representation. We just charge one fee for our services. Once you come in to our office and sign a fee agreement, you will know what your fee is. We do not send out a billing statement for phone calls, court appearances, office visits, etc. We just charge our flat fee: that’s it.
Our consultations are free. After you have a chance to meet us and decide to hire us, you can retain us for only $200. Once you have retained us, we can start taking calls from your creditors, and you can contact us for advice during those important weeks and months leading up to your bankruptcy.
As you are preparing for bankruptcy, we can set you up with an affordable payment plan. We can take a debit card number and charge it on dates you agree to. If you need a little time with a payment or two, that is no problem. You just have to give us a call to change it.
We have no problem accepting payment from someone else for your fees, but your wishes will always be our priority. All of our communications are confidential, and we are obligated to serve you and only you–no matter who pays your fees.
We offer discounts if you are able to pay your fees all at once. For Chapter 7 cases, we usually need all our fees paid before you file your case. However, there are times when we can accept a partial up-front payment in emergencies, such as garnishments. For Chapter 13 cases, we charge part of our fees up front, and the balance can be paid through your Chapter 13 repayment plan.
Once you come in for a free consultation, you will be relieved to know what bankruptcy can do for you. You can stop making credit card payments and other debt payments immediately. We can work out an easy payment plan for your fees, and you can start planning for your fresh start right away. With our easy payment plan and understanding, experienced advice, you will see light at the end of the tunnel immediately.
